What really sets this drink apart is the premade ice cubes, filled with more blue Curaçao and seltzer, plus gummy versions of your favorite sea friends. The result is a vibrant, adorable, blue cocktail that will take you to an ocean-floor disco after just one sip.

You can use any edible gummies you please in the ice cubes, from sea animals to stars to seashells—the world is your oyster! Just make sure to freeze the ice cubes for at least 4 hours before making the drink. Personally, I love to make them the night before so they are frozen and good to go by party time the next evening.

Ingredients

Ice Cubes

• 2 (12-oz.) cans seltzer
• 1/4 c. blue Curaçao
• 14 ocean gummies (such as fish and sharks)

Spritz

• 2 (12-oz.) cans seltzer
• 1 c. lemonade
• 1/2 c. white rum
• 1/4 c. blue Curaçao
• Star fruit, for garnish

Equipment Needed

• A 14-cube ice tray

Directions

Ice Cubes

1. In a large measuring cup, whisk seltzer and Curaçao. Place 1 ocean gummy into each well in ice tray, then fill with seltzer mixture.
2. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours and up to 3 days.

Spritz

In a large pitcher, combine seltzer, lemonade, rum, and Curaçao. Fill glasses with prepared ice cubes and pour punch over. Garnish with star fruit and more ocean gummies.
