MY CRANBERRY SAUCE SPRITZ IS THE BEST WAY TO USE UP YOUR HOLIDAY LEFTOVERS

What could be better than a recipe that turns your favorite Thanksgiving sauce into a festive cocktail? And no, I’m not talking about gravy. In my opinion, cranberry sauce is one of the most underrated Thanksgiving foods, so I decided to give it another chance to shine in this seasonal spritz. For this recipe, I combined whole berry cranberry sauce with gin, cranberry juice, prosecco, and club soda, then garnished with an orange peel and freshly grated nutmeg to create the perfect combination of tart and sweet. Serve this spritz at your next Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving feast, or just drink it all year long when you’re craving those cranberry flavors. In my book, it’s always spritz-o'clock.

I used store-bought whole berry cranberry sauce, but feel free to use homemade as well if you made too much for your holiday dinner—this is an ideal Thanksgiving leftovers idea.
